Our company is fully insured, providing the best health and safety benefits to our employees. Our comprehensive insurance covers Public Liability for £10,000,000 and employer’s liability for £10,000,000. We also have cover for loss of keys.

The regularity with which our professional cleaners clean your site is dependent on the contract between you and our company. Our service is tailored towards you ad your needs, putting you first at all times. For some, we will only attend once or twice per week. For larger clients, we will have many cleaners on site at least five days per week to make sure your site is getting the care it deserves.

No. We manage and train our staff to ensure we always have high retention rates with some cleaners still remaining from when our company was founded in 1988. This allows us to build closer relationships with our clients, giving them cleaners they know and trust and guaranteeing the consistent and thorough cleaning our clients are used to.

We will endeavour to ensure that your cleaning team stays the same as much as possible as they will be the ones most familiar with your site and the best-equipped to ensure it gets a thorough cleaning. It also helps to build trust and increase security.

All our staff and cleaners receive training so that they clean sites to the best of their ability under the Total Clean guidelines so they can meet both the required cleaning standards and extensive health and safety regulations. Each of our cleaning operatives receives comprehensive in-house and in-situ training in all areas required for them to skilfully perform their duties. All Health and Safety issues and key company policies are covered in their initial training and induction.

To ensure the safety and security of our clients, all our employees undergo rigorous testing with a DBS check, copies of passports and drivers’ licenses, proof of address and entitlement to work in the UK as well as a reference from a previous employer.

Commercial customers are invoiced per calendar month and are given 30 day terms from invoice date.

Yes. Generally, we supply all the labour, equipment, machinery and materials required to carry out all our cleaning tasks within the agreed price. Additionally, we regularly supply consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks, bin liners etc., which would be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.

We do not publish a fixed hourly rate as our jobs are done based on the service each site needs, preferring instead for our rates to be contractual. A number of variables will impact the final calculation of the rate such as equipment and materials.

Our 30+ years of experience handling new office cleaning contracts means we are adept and well-practiced at dealing with changeovers, ensuring as little stress as possible on your part and seamlessly settling you into a relationship with a new cleaning company.

This is a regular service we offer and provide for all our clients, enabling us to work outside of office hours and reducing disruption to your staff. Our sister company Total Guard also handles a number of services pertaining to the security and welfare of your business.

Yes. Our cleaning contracts are signed before going ahead with any work, along with the opening of your Total Clean account.

Part of your contract will include access to Total Clean’s hotline number so that we can help you with any emergencies that may arise 24/7, 365 days a year. Whatever you need, whenever you need it, our company can provide for you.
