Total Clean are an expanding company and are always looking for proven, trustworthy and dedicated staff members to represent us on a daily basis within our clients’ workplaces.  The general areas that we cover are London and surrounding boroughs.

As one of London’s leading commercial cleaning companies, we insist on maintaining the high quality of service that has lead us to be so successful.

We have a very important and successful strategy when recruiting our cleaning operatives mainly through introductions by existing employees and also through word of mouth recommendation. All of our cleaning team are provided with comprehensive training that could lead to a nationally recognised qualification. This, along with candidate screening via our application forms and interviews, strengthens even further the level of security that we are able to offer our clients.

Full induction training is given to each of our new employees and company uniforms are provided for use in our office cleaning jobs, along with other benefits. The induction training involves a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all our cleaning methods to a BICSc level of competence, a full COSHH and Health & Safety demonstration including our policies and a thorough explanation of the levels of professionalism and attention to detail that we insist upon and our clients expect.

All of Total Clean’s employees without exception are ultimately trained to play a proactive role in ensuring that the highest quality standards are met, thus delivering customer satisfaction without compromise.

We expect our work staff to have honesty, integrity, loyalty and a passion for service excellence.  If that’s you, please provide the following information to our form for submission.  You may also write to us enclosing your CV at the office address listed on this below.
