Total Clean is an expanding company who are always looking for proven, trustworthy and dedicated cleaners in Blackpool to represent us on a daily basis within our clients’ workplaces. The main areas we cover are Blackpool, Lytham, St. Anne’s, Preston, Lancaster, Morecambe or surrounding areas.
As one of Blackpool’s premiere commercial cleaning companies, we insist on maintaining the quality of service that has lead us to be so successful, so far. As such, all of our cleaners in Blackpool are provided with comprehensive training that could lead to a nationally recognised qualification. Company uniforms are provided for use in our office cleaning jobs.
The qualities we look for in all future employees are honesty, integrity, loyalty that also has a passion for service excellence.
We have a very successful strategy when recruiting our cleaning operatives mainly through introductions by existing employees and word of mouth recommendation. This, along with candidate screening via our application forms and interviews, strengthens even further the level of security that we are able to offer our clients.
We offer full and part time cleaning jobs in Blackpool and a Full induction is given to each of our new employees. This involves a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all our cleaning methods to a BICSc level of competence, a full COSHH and Health & Safety demonstration including our policies and a thorough explanation of the levels of professionalism and attention to detail that we insist upon and our clients expect.
All of our employees subsequently go through regular Health & Safety and cleaning refresher courses in which we re-emphasise how to effectively clean and manage different corporate environments.
If you think you meet our requirements then we would like to hear from you. Please provide your information and/or attach a CV to the form for submission. You may also write to us enclosing your CV at the office address listed below.
